Return & Refund Policy

At Kasell, we believe that trust is the foundation of every lasting relationship. For that reason, we follow a fair and thoughtful return policy that protects both our customers and the quality of our pieces.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

Return or exchange requests are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unworn and unused

  • The product is returned in its original condition

  • The original packaging is fully preserved

  • All tags and labels remain attached

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if:

  • The item has been worn or used

  • More than 10 days have passed since delivery

  • The original packaging or tags are missing or damaged

Order Inspection

To ensure complete satisfaction:

  • Customers are welcome to inspect their order before acceptance

  • If the item does not meet expectations, the order may be declined upon delivery

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds or exchanges are handled through direct agreement between Kasell and the customer

  • This flexible approach allows us to maintain transparency and build genuine trust
